I am beginning to think that gamma rays were involved, Marvel Comic style!

    Make sure to keep and eat the zucchini flowers, they are amazing. You can stuff them with a rice mix like a dolma as is done in Greece when they’re in season. Alternatively they can be stuffed with cheese.
