Some of the bounty from the garden mentioned in the previous post. (Click for larger view.) It is tasty bounty too. Some quick stir-frying in hot butter with a little garlic, sautéed onions and salt and fresh ground black pepper makes for a very quick and tasty meal… Sometimes some mushrooms… on a bed of freshly made polenta (with parmesan folded into it) if you want to be fancy…
…and so on and so forth. Hard to go wrong.
