The Above client, supplied the file, ready to output, the quality of the finished poduct was a direct result of the quality of his file. Regardless, we offeed to re-print the banner at a 50% discount, which he declined.

The client asked us for a 1 1/2″ pole pocket on the banner, we made the banner with the pole pocket, however the client, damaged the banner by forcing a 2″ diameter pole into the 1 1/2″ pole pocket.

The client called us and told us that we had made the banner incorrectly and that because of this it was ruined, he requested a refund.

Naturally we wanted to get to the botom of the problem, so our store manager went to the clients store and saw that he was in fact usng the banner in his store, (contrary to his claim of not being able to use it) and that he had torn the pole pocket by forcing a 2″ diameter pole into 1 1/2″ pocket.

The client obviously lied about not using the banner and about the cause of the damage that he did to his banner, then he had the audacity to call us and tell us that we were at fault and demanded a full refund.

At sign tist we like to think that the customer is always right, even when we may know that they are wrong, but when the customer is wrong and decietful and rude, then they’re simply WRONG!

I used these guys to print a large photo on vinyl and had the WORST experience! Not only was the order 1 week late but when it finally arrived it was totally defective. The picture was completely faded and the vinyl was cut wrong. When I called them they said they would reprint it but that I would have to pay. They refused to refund me for THEIR mistake. You have been warned…..these guys are AWFUL!

A sign shop sandwiched between a cobbler (feet) and a manicurist (hands). There must be more to pun about than just the name.
