This is the first of the characters for The Project that I wanted to construct in 3D this week. (See last post for my thoughts on this.) I plan to do a few more over the next couple of days. but right now I’m going to stop and think about other things for a bit lest my collaborators think I’ve gone entirely bonkers and am now playing with dolls*.

Your 3-d artwork is really good; you definitely have a flair for it. Back in the day (prior to the advent of computer graphics) a facility with clay and plaster was almost a requirement for the study (or at least the exposition) of differential geometry; maybe you could revive this old tradition, in a strings/branes context. Whatever, you should keep on playing with the dolls.
