Oh, Fluffy is smarter than even that. An alliance has been formed with Flitty (birds, for anyone not keeping up with the terminology), and this has mostly neutralized the live trapping, since Flitty goes in and gets the nuts I use as bait before Fluffy even gets to the trap. So Fluffy is now very much untrappable.
Trying not to resort to firearms or nuclear devices… It is hard.

A Fluffy counter-attack? Clearly Fluffy has adopted asymmetric techniques to reclaim the garden. Beware the rabid suicide biter!
I wish! Fluffy just destroyed this giant sunflower I’d been saving, raiding a lot of the seeds. I managed to get some of them in the end, but now I am seriously on the warpath.
This was an unprovoked attack!

C – this is clearly the result of the elimination (forced rendition?) of Fluffy. Soon your neighborhood will be hopelessly over run with tomato and pepper plants!
