Hard to express my feelings about this news. Quincy Jones is a massive part of the foundations of my formative years (in so much music across genres and media). Inevitable passing, of course, but no less sad… Thanks for the music and inspiration Quincy!

Ha HA! I love that. Look, I’m really sorry. I’m just trying to help keep you and other readers warm against the windchill and so forth. Did not mean to annoy.
Hmmm, perhaps I ought not to do the next couple of posts…

I know this is an arguably mean thing to say, but whenever you post pictures of your garden this time of year when there’s a lake effect blizzard and -15F with the windchill I always wish I could go to LA and give you a very disapproving look in person. And steal whatever you just posted a picture of from your garden.
😛
hahaha! seriously though, they are the most glorious citrus item on the planet, in my opinion! it is a travesty that i haven’t had one in almost two years …
Thank goodness for the second comment. Think of the agony you spared me in trying to find a way to say “a precious lemon from my tree?! Over my …” nicely. 😉
