Yellow In Miniature

These tiny tomatoes are a beautiful yellow. I’m actually more captivated by their shape, though. They remind me of the large yellow/orange butternut squashes an order of magnitude or more larger.

I’m going to harvest these guys soon, but it is a bit sad, because they look so lovely on the plant.

    dee-licious! I don’t see why they would not work in that context. Maybe mix them with red, if not sure… but I think that they can cover a very wide range of flavours and acidities…..

    What do yellow tomatoes taste like? I saw some in the grocery store the other day and almost bought them (I wasn’t in the market for tomatoes at that time, however). Could one make a really interesting marinara sauce from them?
