Collapsible Geometry

collapsible_cardboard_shelter

I loved this set of interlocking shapes that presented itself upon glancing inside this structure. collapsible_cardboard_shelter_2 It was part of an exhibit in the USC Student Innovator Showcase and Competition that took place today. The structure itself (a shelter of some kind, I think) was about chest high, if I recall. Maybe a bit shorter. To the right is a shot of a bit of the outside. I did not record the name of the project nor the people whose project it was since I was sure the information would be online. But I can’t find it, unfortunately. Well, it’s certainly a pretty shape.

That would be me! The site I pasted has more info about it and I am currently looking to create a water-proof and flame-retardant prototype in order to distribute it to the homeless.
