That's nice.. I had an 'inside out' feeling when I observed the way the fruit was displayed (and the owners of the fruit), at the Riga Central Market, October 1.

May we call topology that resonates "toposense" because the "sense of movement," may be felt( what does that mean?). Why can't "this action" reveal the way we are by turning our very own natures inside/out with our dealings with the world? Describes our growth and understanding? A microscopic eye on a macroscopic universe.

I know it won't make much sense to some, but this very topic reported by you Clifford about the lecture is one that has plagued me all my life. Greene's statement below was a profound one for me.

In fact, in the reciprocal language, these tiny circles are getting ever smaller as time goes by, since as R grows, 1/R shrinks. Now we seem to have really gone off the deep end. How can this possibly be true? How can a six-foot tall human being 'fit' inside such an unbelievably microscopic universe? How can a speck of a universe be physically identical to the great expanse we view in the heavens above?
