It is bruised, battered, dented and worn but still works the same as the day I bought it. I've contemplated finally giving in and getting a new one, but I haven't the heart yet. I just heard from a student of mine that he got a new one on ebay.... so they can still be found. W810i's pretty nice though. I'm liking it more every day. Does some very nice and clever simple things as part of its design (like pausing the file you're playing when you take a call, turning your headphones into a handsfree unit, and then restarting once the call is done). -cvj It is wonderful. Only catch was my siblings thought little flip-phones would be really cool and we all needed to get the same one, so I gave in.
