I'm one of those (getting married this summer) and in my department there are at least a dozen astronomer couples (with 4 professor married couples and two other profs married to post-docs). Things do seem to be looking up for the "two-body" problem with the larger incidence these days, but it's always a challenge. I believe that it’s even more common for astronomers to marry each other.
